Introduction to Case Management

This practical training course equips professionals working in substance misuse and homelessness services with the skills to deliver strengths based, values led assessments and co-produced care plans. Participants will explore key tools such as Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, the Cycle of Change, and collaborative case formulation, while developing active listening, clinical judgement, and reflective practice skills. Emphasis is placed on personalised, ethical interventions that respect service user autonomy and support meaningful engagement.
