Terms and Conditions
General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all training services provided by Support Practitioner Training Hub Ltd (“we” / “us”). By purchasing or enrolling in any of our training services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms specific to the service you have chosen.
Invoicing and Payment
We will invoice the client/employer for all training services.

For Vocational Qualifications:

Payment is due within 14 days of the signed Training Contract.

Full payment is required before certification is released.
-
Services may be suspended for non-payment.
For Online or Short Courses:

Invoices must be paid at least 7 days before the course start date.

Non-payment may result in enrolment being delayed or cancelled.
Cancellations and /or Change of Circumstance
You may cancel this agreement in full within 14 days of signing, by notifying us in writing at accounts@sptHub.co.uk.

Within 14 days of signing: 100% refund.

After 14 days: No refund.​
If services are withdrawn due to a change of circumstance, a credit note may be offered at our discretion. Registration, setup fees, and time spent on programme will be deducted before any credit is applied.
Training Services Fees
Our fees are designed to reflect the quality, support, and experience delivered through our training.

For Vocational Diplomas and Certificates:

Dedicated 1:1 support from an SPT Hub Specialist Tutor.

Ongoing assessment and progress reviews.
-
Access to e-portfolio and learning resources.
-
Registration and certification.
​
For Online Short Courses:
-
Course registration and access to online platform.
-
Completion certificate.
Workplace Requirements (On-Site Training)
Where training is delivered on the client’s premises, the client must:

Complete a Health & Safety questionnaire.

Provide induction on fire evacuation, exits, and welfare facilities.

Provide a suitable training space and access to the site.

Hold valid public liability insurance (SPT Hub also maintains appropriate cover).

Adhere to Health & Safety regulations.

Support the delivery of training as reasonably required.
Student / Employee Expectations
Students must behave respectfully and appropriately during training. Unacceptable behaviour may result in removal from the programme with no refund.

If a student fails to complete training within the agreed timeframe outlined in their Individual Training Plan, they may be withdrawn without refund.

Registration durations:

Level 2 – 12 months

Level 3 – 15 months
-
Levels 4 and 5 – 18 months
An additional registration fee (up to £250 for 3 months) may apply if students exceed their registration period.
Confidentiality
All information shared with us will be treated as confidential. You agree not to disclose or misuse any confidential materials shared during the delivery of services unless legally required or otherwise agreed in writing.
Data Protection
We comply with the Data Protection Act 2018. Clients must ensure that appropriate permissions are in place for the sharing of personal data between employer, employee, and SPT Hub for the purposes of delivering the training service.

Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement in writing if the other party:

Fails to remedy a material breach within 30 days of written notice.

Enters insolvency, administration, or liquidation.

Ceases business operations.
